Born and raised in Orland, California, Jake Lapp has proudly called Chico home since 2004. As a real estate professional serving the Chico area, he brings strong local knowledge, a background in marketing, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Jake has worked in the service and sales industry since the age of 15, building his career on hard work, integrity, and a client-first mindset. That experience has shaped his ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and advocate confidently for those he represents. He is committed to positioning every home strategically and making sure each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
Outside of real estate, Jake is a proud parent to his 11-year-old daughter. Much of his free time is spent cheering her on as she plays basketball for Bidwell Junior and the Nor Cal Ducks. Driven, dedicated, and approachable, Jake truly enjoys helping people reach their goals, whether that means finding the perfect home or taking the next step in their real estate journey.
