Marisa Bauer

Marisa grew up in the Truckee, Lake Tahoe area before heading off to college at San Diego State University in 1997. There she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and graduated in 2001. For three years she worked for Warren Properties, property management, in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego. She then moved to the San Francisco area and began her Real Estate career with Prudential-The Bayhill Team in 2004. She feels so lucky to have begun her career with this team, learning from the best during a HOT, HOT market! She feels that she has really proven that her methods are tried and true, first in the Bay Area when she worked on the #1 Team in Northern California Region of Prudential for many years and today working with her amazing teammates here in Chico. She brings a wealth of knowledge (and fun!) to the team. She enjoys this career immensely because she really love meeting new people and helping them get into their next home. Marisa communicates easily and openly, with not only her clients, but all parties involved during the transaction from start to finish. She has been living in Chico since 2007 with her husband Matt, daughter Caitlyn, and son Bode. She is proud to call Chico her home and knows that her children will grow up here amongst plenty of friends with many great memories. When not "real-estating" (as her husband puts it) she enjoys working out, backpacking with her family, running outside, watching her kids play sports and dance, snowboarding, hiking and anything active with her family and friends.
