Morgan Schell
Realtor
A Butte County native, Morgan Schell grew up in a family of builders and property managers, so real estate has been part of her life from the very beginning. After graduating from California State University, Chico in 2017 with a degree in Nutrition Management and Nutrition Communication, she stepped into the construction management field, where she has spent the past nine years. She is also a certified yoga teacher, and she is the newest Realtor to join Platinum Partners.
Morgan brings a rare combination to every client relationship: a builder’s eye for how a home is put together, a grounded and mindful approach to big decisions, and the sharp negotiating skills to protect her clients’ interests. Whether she is marketing a home to the right buyer or helping a family find the right fit for their lifestyle, she ties all three together.
Whether you want to build, breathe, or buy, Morgan has you covered, from foundation to flow.
